 To coincide with my conditional offer at Leeds Metropolitan and to possibly make it an unconditional offer...I have to write a piece of journalism work on a blog,newspaper/feature article of no more than 500words, and involve original research and quotations or interviews of some level.
Soo the past post was basically about this and I am literally stuck for what to do, what angle to approach it on...
Something current and relevant means.. BAFTAS, BRITS,OSCAR, LFW, FESTIVAL LINE UP, OLYMPICS ECT... but where the hell should I start!
there have been like noo massive scandals that I can report from the frontline! eeek need something catchy and relevant.

Right currently sat in college writing this, so gonna head on to lesson its 8:57 eeeek, will keep posted. Oscars best dressed looks greatttt or influence from my previous post about festival lineups and shit ....

Earlier this year, Burberry's chief creative officer Christopher Bailey said that "Burberry is now as much a media-content company as we are a design company", and it seems that Bailey is staying true to his word.

At their London Fashion Week runway show, Burberry staged a 'Tweetwalk' in which instant backstage 'Twitpics' were shared on Twitter before the models hit the catwalk. The move created an enormous amount of traffic on Burberry's Twitter page, catapaulting both '#Burberry' and 'Christopher Bailey' into the social media site's worldwide 'Trending' list. Not only was the label's mentions-per-minute record smashed, the backstage images received more than 50,000 views within half an hour of the show...

WHAT IS UR ACTUAL POINT.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IS BAD?
ROMANCE IS DEAD?
MATHS IS HARD???
IS THE FOCUS ACTUALLY DOMESTIC VIOLENCE OR RELATIONSHIPS IN GENERAL???

MY NOTES:
When did solid and strong relationships become such a burden to withold and withstand the force of our modern world.

What do you do when the romance is as solid as geometry, when the romance has disappeared and all that is left is emptyness, misery and violence. when the magic is gone and when copulating is no longer an option as one of you is tired of the other and you realise your conversations, intrests and thoughts are on opposite sides of the specturm of life. what do you do?

When a man beats his wife there is unpresidented uproar, nationwide.but when a woman hits a man the crime is far less publicated and men do not tend to report the crime as much as women.


when a relationship breaks down....

When a man admires an ancient artefact more so than his wife, of course there is going to be trouble. we live in fast-paced modern day Britain, we have to pay our way in order to survive, the future is not determined for us, we determine our lives, domestic violence should never be a part of our lives.


But the real issue here is not domestic abuse between spouses, but hard mathematics, it is about solid geometry. Beyoncé would call it 1+1, Cassie would say it's me and you.


According to pyschologists there are two types of relationships, one based on the social exchange theory, which indulges in profit and loss, where material things such as money and social status are seen as the profits and financial investmests and seen as time wasted and losses... is this what leads to the break down of relationships, when love is no longer desirable as the losses now outweigh the profits?


Men don't read books on how to increase your relationships durability, or how to please a woman, men are from mars and women are from venus, we are completely different.


 but this year alone domestic violence is on the increase between younger couples

I  was horrified and felt a greatly traumatised after reading the story of the ten year old girl who was raped by her fifteen year old brother, how can such cruel and psychologically damaging crimes be occuring under the rooves of family homes. It makes us as the british public, question what role modes our children are subjected to, what teachers and parents are influencing the next generation to allow something so morally bankrupt and psychologically corrupt to occur in our homes.

McEwan is a great author and I may just purchase his latest book Solar and read several others from him.

MOST ANTICIPATED DAY OF MY ENTIRE WEEKEND!!!

Ahhh I was a mess friday and saturday trying to find someone anyone! who would sponsor me their virgin media pre sale code thing so that I could garuntee myself tickets... but I needn't have bothered! wtf seriously unimpressed (to say the least) about the line up!! After all the build up and frantic searches for a virgin donour (not literally, just scroll up!) the great wash of anticipation that I have been submerged in for the past 70hours has all been for nothing? call me an adreneline junkie (sorta) but I was kinda enjoying the whole rise and falls of tension as Virgin Media did a mini countdown timer thing and broadcasted on every social networking site I have links to.

Seriously for the wholeeee weeekend I couldn't go anywhere without bumping into the time in hours minutes and even seconds! anticipating the best and definiately not the worst. so to release this absolutely ridiculous ancient, boring and immensely DIRE line up and call it another triumph.

Well I am sorry Mr Branson but please do not take this as an attempt at some reverse psychology flattery. I call this years HUGELY anticipated Line Up an utter floppancy agreement (- disagreement (whichever) - made up phrase possibly but still!) 

Its like half the people from last years line up meet half the people famous in the 80'ss and BEFORE I mean who has even heard of the Stone Roses.. AND THEY ARE HEADLINING!...NOT EVEN THE ROLLING STONES argh !!

On the other handd... may have to attend simply because some good friends have already pre-ordered tickets(i know love them and all but ever heard of try before you buy AKA Sit your ass down and wait until you know the full deets ie - the lineup before you flash your cash - it wasn't burning a hole in your sweet ass pocket - trololol rant over)

and sometimes well Its not alllll about the music! (music journo in the making.. here I come!) It can be about the crowd! camping itself is an entirely separate adventure! Its the atmosphere! the food, the freeedom! the knowing your only metres away from class A drugss, you can set your tent on fire on the last day and get frisky in a very risky environment, its the memories that get created - all good teenage fun! ectt... so V FESTIVAL THIS YEAR might just be where its at! ...SOO HERE YOU GO RICHARD BRANSON, TAKE  MY £215 and you may aswell take my soul whilst your at it. Whilst IF i sell myself to your commercial bullshit to dance with the devil and co on your muddy fields... but that is a MASSIVE IFFF!
